CLINICAL NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST (PEDIATRIC/ADULT)
Lifespan Psychological & Neuropsychological Services provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services that are client-centred, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented in our full-service practice and three multidisciplinary specialty clinics located in Burlington.
Our growing practice requires a Clinical Neuropsychologist who can work with pediatrics and/or adults.
The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for:
- Clinical interviewing
- Selection and interpretation of psychometric measures
- Provision of diagnosis and feedback
- Completion of written neuropsychological reports to be used for auto insurance, medical-legal purposes, self-pay, and catastrophic impairment evaluations
- Provision of treatment recommendations and/or rehabilitation
- Cognitive remediation/treatment for clients who have sustained neurological injuries (e.g., TBI)
- Documentation (i.e., clinical record)
- Participation in quality management and practice evaluation activities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or M.A. in Psychology from an accredited university with subspeciality in Neuropsychology
- Current certificate of registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, or under/eligible for supervised practice for Clinical Neuropsychology
- Experience in psychological assessment and treatment in accordance with current evidence-based best practices
- Demonstrated adherence to professional practice standards
- Commitment to continuing education
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player

- Provision of treatment using a range of modalities (i.e., interpersonal, CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
- Documentation (i.e., clinical record)
- Monitoring treatment efficacy and the provision of timely updates
- Monitoring treatment efficacy and the provision of timely updates
- Maintenance of accurate caseload statistics
- Participation in quality management and practice evaluation activities.
